Registration and room check-in will begin Thursday at 2:30 p.m.

2:30 PM Registration Opens in the Chapel - pick up room key, name tag, meal tickets
4:00 PM Rehearsal in Chapel
5:30 PM Dinner in Dining Hall
7:00 PM Sectional Rehearsals in 4 locations TBA
8:00 PM Break
8:30 PM Evening Rehearsal
Friday, August 21
7:00 AM Breakfast in Dining Hall
8:00 AM Worship/Devotional with President John Bell in The Chapel
8:20 AM Rehearsal in Chapel
10:00 AM Break
10:30 AM Rehearsal in Chapel
12:00 PM Dismiss – lunch on your own away from the camp - drive safely!

Because of the requirements for planning, advance registration is required. Registering online helps us to be more responsible concerning the environment since no paper will be wasted. It also makes record keeping much easier. Please remember, you must register to be able to attend. Those showing up without registering will not have a place to spend the night and there will not be meal tickets available for you to eat with the group. So, please register!
ALL payment must be IN ADVANCE. We will NOT accept payment for room or meals the day of the Retreat. If you have not paid by August 14th, your room and meals will be cancelled.

Registration is not complete until you register AND pay.
It would be helpful if you could do both on the same day.

Dues: $15.00
Retreat Fee: $7.00
Camp Motel - Double Occupancy $26.00
Camp Motel - Single Occupancy $45.00
Note - Single Occupancy will not be available
until July 27th to encourage Double Occupancy
Lodge - $15.00 (bring your own linens)
Dinner $7.00
Breakfast $6.00

Note to Prospective Members: Membership in the Singing Men of Texas is open to
Southern Baptists who are currently full-time or part-time ministers of music,
